代码是手段，产品才是目的。能从 0 到 1 把一件事完整跑通，才算真正拥有它。
主人翁不是职位，是态度：不等安排，不推责任，看到问题直接动手。
大多数人死在”战术勤奋，战略懒惰”——代码写得飞快，方向全是错的。
不追热点，造风口。别人看到趋势已经成立，我看到趋势将要发生。

A few things I believe
The future isn’t waited for — it’s written, shipped, and iterated into existence.
Code is the means; the product is the end. If you can’t take something from 0 to 1 end-to-end, you don’t really own it.
Ownership isn’t a title, it’s an attitude: don’t wait for assignment, don’t pass the blame, see a problem and just fix it.
Most people die from “tactically hardworking, strategically lazy” — code flying fast, direction all wrong.
Don’t chase the trend. Create it. Others see what’s already established; I look for what’s about to happen.
Speed is a startup’s lifeline: a working MVP in one week beats six months of polishing a “perfect” thing nobody wants.
